Shipping policy

All the products at Digital Craft Supplies are digital downloads; no physical products will be shipped. Once your payment is processed, you will be directed back to our website where you will have immediate access to your downloads, on the download portal page. We will also send you an email with a link to the download portal page, for your convenience. There is no extra cost to download your products.

Your downloads will be in ZIP file format, and you will need to unzip (extract) the files before you can use them. You can unzip the files using whatever program that came with your computer. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. We’re happy to help.
