You can join the DCS Rewards Program by signing up on our website. Registration is free and simple: just provide your name, email address, and create a password. You'll start earning points immediately after your first purchase.
You can earn points every time you shop at Digital Craft Supplies. For every dollar you spend, you will earn ten points. Additional points can be earned through various actions, such as: creating an account, signing up for our newsletter, interacting with our brand on social media, and celebrating your birthday. Stay up to date with our newsletters for more opportunities to earn.
You can redeem your points using our "Reward" widget on the bottom left corner of our website. Click on "Redeem Points" and you will find a list of reward points. Choose the reward points you would like to use and click “Redeem.” Then, click "Redeem” again and your coupon code will be displayed on the screen. Click "Apply Coupon Now" and your discount code will automatically be applied to your shopping cart. If you wish to redeem your reward discount at a later time, simply go to the reward widget and click "Reward List." Then, click on the reward discount you would like to use and click "Apply Coupon Now" to apply the discount to your shopping cart.
You will automatically receive your reward points after you complete a purchase.
No, you will only be able to use one discount code at a time.
You can review your reward points history in our "Rewards" widget by clicking on "Point History."
If you would like to receive a birthday reward, all you need to do is go to our "Reward" widget, click "Earn Points," then click "Birthday Reward" and add your birthdate. Then, on your birthday, we will send you a special discount code via email. Please be sure to add your birthdate in the "Rewards" widget 30 days (or more) before your birthday, or unfortunately you will have to wait until your next birthday to receive a birthday reward.
No, there is no limit to how many reward points you can earn. That’s the best part about being a rewards member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.
